If you are lucky, it will hover right out of the box. My Honeybee King needed a lot of prepping before it would hover. Make sure the flybar paddles are set equally level. zero degrees of pitch angle. Also, after you have everything together and battery in check the center of gravity. Rotate the main rotor blades so they're parallel to the boom then lift the heli by the flybar. It should lift level. If it doesn't move the battery forward or backward to get it level. You can use velcro to hold the battery in place. You should also check blade tracking. when the blades are rotating you should only see one blade If you see two then the blades need to be adjusted. Make sure all the screws are tight. A philips #0 and #00 come in handy. You'll need to try to get it in a hover and see how it behaves to make corrective adjustments. Invest in a pair of ball link pliers. they make removing ball links a snap and save you from sore finger tips.
