Looks like middle of nowhere but that's just an opinion. That could be nice too.

Bruce, Newton actually has a population of 20k, but it's still pretty small-townish. I grew up in Green, 8 miles south of town. THAT is the middle of nowhere. More cows than people when I was a kid...
