Hi everyone I`m new to these boards so its a quick intro from me!

I have a question i`d like to ask has anybody ever tried to cut up and extend then glue back an rc tank chassis? The reason being i`m thinking of doing just that to leopard 2 hull i have as i`m thinking of making a PZH2000 SPH and the chassis is a lengthened leo2 hull. Is it possible to do it, bearing in mind it will be a working hull so i`m thinking of the stresses involved.
