In a previous post you mentioned putting Nav lights on the 'wing' tips of your little bird. I received my Nav lights the other day and I don't think that mod will be possible due to the way the red and green lights are assembled. So I e-mailed the manufacturer and here's his reply:


"For that its actually not easily possible because the
nav lights are on a series circuit and the wire that
goes between the 2 leds is sealed in the mounting
bracket as well as the main power wires are also
sealed into the bracket for protection. Sorry I
couldnt be of more help, if there is anything else we
can do, please let me know."


So, unless someone else makes a light set other than KRS Hobbies that's configured differently it doesn't look like that mod is possible, unfortunatley. However, someone that is good with wiring might be able to find a way around that. Oh well, that was a GREAT idea you had Wolfpackin and I was wanting to try it also, but it looks like we'll have to put them the way they were intended!! What a bummer!![] I just thought you might like to know and maybe save you some time.
