if you cover that with really thin ply and then take it to your local vaccum former (Theres on in my school) you could make a pretty nice hull... I did this with a tunnel hull and it was not bad, untill it was stolen when i was driving it, these guys drove towards it on thier fishing boat and then took a net and took the darn thing. It only went 15 mph so a fishing boat could catch up to it in no time and get it....for that thing i actullay used zigzag parts and a really small prop i took off toys....
