I had the same issue, but my driveshaft broke in half. Look at the coupler and see if any of the shaft remains. If not, make sure that you still have the teflon tube liner (.150 size) aht the brass bushing on the strut end of the tube (it slides into the brass tube), as well as a new shaft, drive dog, prop nut,a nd shaft grease. if you still have a broken bit of the driveshaft attached, you'll need the shaft, the teflon tube liner, shaft grease, possibly the bushing, a drive dog, prop nut, and prop. It's a few hours to get everything replaced. I replaced all of my drive hardware a week ago.
