Thanks for your patience and simplicity. Using your suggestion I have determined that the flywheel and clutch bell should spin in the same direction. Although rolling the GT2 on the ground, just the clutch bell and spur gear spin , not the fly wheel. I assume the flywheel will need to spin the same direction as the clutchbell.

So with this, my first issue has been solved.
