I'm stumped. Maybe a defective coupler? If the coupler is grasping the flexshaft nothing should go anywhere. I would have never recomended you get two of everything. Glad you did, sorry it was necessary. Re assemble with new parts to RTR condition. Give the prop a good tug in a twisting motion.

Maybe you hit the old flex shaft!
