What throws?

Fly the airplane to find out.

You want just enough throw to do the following:

Ailerons? One axial roll per second.
Rudder? About 45degree deflection.
Steering? About half as fast as the rudder.
Elevator? Just enough to still be able to fly a square loop. Can just stall wing on aerobatic types.

The airplane's performance in the air is the only true answer.
