i have not converted that engine but i can offer some advice.

you will need to run a 4-stroke glow plug.
you can run a mix of 1 part 10% nitro 10% oil with 2 parts straight high test gas.
zamma carbs don't like glo fuel... you are better off looking for a walbro carb.
horison hobbies sells adapters (google horison hobbies and search for glow adapter)
with the correct mix of fuel you will not need to constantly power teh glow plug.
adn performance can be variable, you get a weight drop adn i have heard of a drop in rpm of around 800rpm but this can also vary.
