It's 60cc.
Bore: 25.00mm
Stroke: 30.00mm

The bore and the stroke you had quoted calculate to 14.73 cc, or roughly 15 cc; not 60 cc.

From the long stroke design, I would say it would be more appropriate as a Diesel.
