Not sure if this is the same problem, but I had air leaking from the valve. There are two very small bolts in the middle of the valve. They are black and look like vent holes. I called and they said that there wasn't enough Locktite on the bolts and that's why air was leaking out through the bolt holes. They said I could remove the bolts, put Locktite on and replace the bolts, or I could send it in and they'd do it. I have some really small allen wrenchs, but not that small, so I put thin CA on the bolts, it seeped in and eliminated the leaks.
