Default RE: Hangar 9 F-22 Raptor PTS

Don't plan on getting unlimited vertical. And especially don't expect it from a 7.5 pound 46size model. Most of my 46 size are around 5 and a half, and the Ultimate is 4lb 9oz.

I just did some prop tests with the TigerII (5lb 12oz) with the 55AX on it and best verticals from a square corner were around 14 seconds. The density altitude was around 3000' most test days. The Calmato ran the same tests a week before and it's only 5lb 8oz and the density altitude was around 2000' then. It wasn't doing "unlimited" either.

"Ulimited" seems to be in the eye of the beholder.

And I did some prop tests on a student's Raptor with the Evo46 last week. With that amazingly draggy fuselage and significant weight, really do not expect "unlimited". Matter of fact, don't plan on it making it over the top of most loops without obviously losing speed.
