Default RE: CMP conversions

I thought of the belly pan idea on the Hellcat, but it wasn't big enough to get the battery in the space. Nice job! I hate taking the wing off and wish I had some type of hatch. It would be nice if someone would start designing larger planes with electric motors in mind. There are some nice smaller kits (.25) with hatches, but nothign 50 or larger. I guess it will take some time before the manufacturers see enough of a market to start making those kits. Hyperion has been making some nice smaller kits and is in the process of making a 50 sized Ki84 to fly electric. It will have a hatch for the battery too. I will get one as soon as they come out. I have one of their P51s and it's great. Larger is better IMO!

I have been looking at the VQ P39. What are their kits like?
