The droop tips are held on with double sided tape. Also very important - epoxy the tail assembly on with 30 - 60 minute epoxy. Don't trust the plastic bolts. On the NextStar I have, I had my son work with me on assembly so he'd learn how they go together and I found one of the captive bolts stripped out with no pressure on it at all. I just stripped the covering back for a good wood to wood joint and used 30 minute epoxy. Make sure the horizontal is aligned properly with the wing - if the instructions don't show how to do this, there is plenty of expertise in this forum to help you along.
