In general, that's a loaded question. For instance, a Cub can get by with a lot less power-to-weight (which I think is a more meaningful comparison, by the way) than a plane meant to be a 3D monster. For what it's worth, the numbers you listed are probably pretty close for a sport ship....maybe a bit on the anemic side, but plenty enough for flying.
