I opened up my bulldog and I have everything wired the same as it.If it's not the crystal,then Mato sent me a junk board.Also opened up the new PZ III and it has the latest new style board where the motor wires plug in.That was no help for the rx-13 board,but nice to know it must be a later version tank.
