What did you have to do to the front gear? I will be making a set of amphib floats this winter and could use all the help and guidance I could get. Have you used the wheels to take off and land on grass or pavement? If so have you experienced any shimmy problems on the front wheels? Can you post close up photos of the main and front gear structures?
