In the Pulse XT 40 there is 2 spots cut out in the wood for a battery and receiver. In my pulse I wrapped the battery and receiver with foam untill they were snug in there respective spots then use a zip-ty over the center of each component. You would have to drill holes for the zip ty if you want to go that route but just wrapped in foam made them snug enough.Hope this helps
