Pop open the reciever box and take out the battery, you'll be able to find out its specs.
I believe the Mutilator is a rebrand of the smartech buggy - which isnt really a bad thing, its a fine buggy and you probably didnt pay much.
In terms of the engine, I dont have one but I'd assume it comes with a smartech 23cc.
