i know this is gonna sound too simple but did you reuse the bolts that came with the engine or the ones with the slimline muffler?they are coming loose from vibration and might be the wrong thread type?i almost always use the blue loc tite brand thread locker and they are stubborn to remove after that stuff sets up.i let mine set for a few hours before i start the engine.
