Sealing hinge gaps (what do you use)?
I use clear Ultracote and just did this on my red DPM Ultimate 40. It is completely invisible from about 2'. It is also the easiest way to seal hinge gaps, IMO.
Do not use tape of any kind. I tried on 1 plane to use clear packaging tape, but the fuel ate it up very quickly. In fact most of it did not last through 1 day of flying. Getting it lined up correctly before it sticks is hard to do as well.
