Yes and that dave brown stuff doesn't work worth a s***.
I tried it to seal my Flip 3D gaps and my sudokhoi gaps and the stuff just does not stick.

However it may have been intended for sealing gaps before you put on the main covering but I didn't see anything about that in the instructions.
