Yes. That is the answer! Use pmix6 for take off flaps, like that: mix throtle with aileron. you have five positions,so:

thr 1st pos. ------- ail % desired
thr 2nd pos ------- ail same% as 1 st pos
thr 3rd pos -------- ail same% as 1st pos
thr 4th pos -------- ail same % as 1st pos
thr 5th pos -------- ail same % as 1 st pos

Use switch c to activate the mix (center pos.). For landing flaps use pmix7, same way but with % you want. Switch c to activate the mix, but now down pos.
