To fit this airplane into a modern small car ( purchased to save fuel and reduce atmospheric pollution) we have to slide it through the tunnel formed when we lower the back seat.
So how high is the tail section?
From the bottom of the tailwheel (Sullivan, the stock one sucks[
]) to the highest point on the rudder is 14-1/2 inches.
