A friend of mine rented a self -storage site. It was about $30 a month and heated. He put a workbench in and had a few power tools. He had to bring in water if he wanted a drink but he could get away for a few hours in a quiet and secure area to build without disruptions from family. Plus there is a lot of room to store other planes there too. Just another idea that might work for someone.
