Default .50 size Scale Aerobatic (and 3D) planes?

Hey guys

I'm wanting to expand my fleet a bit; I'm getting rid of a bunch of planes I rarely fly and going to mainly scale(ish) aerobatic and 3D planes. I've looked into a LOT of aircraft, but I very rarely get to fly anything before I buy it so I'd like to get your takes on a few of them. I'm mainly looking for something I could get good result with using a .46FX to .55AX 2-stroke, or Saito .72 and .91 4-strokes.

Here's a list I've compiled of planes I'm looking at currently:

Phoenix Sukhoi SU-31
Phoenix Giles 202
Phoenix Extra 300
Nitroplanes Extra 260
Nitroplanes Zlin Z-50
Nitroplanes Yak-54
Nitroplanes Edge 540
Nitroplanes Extra 330L

The Phoenix planes seem to be geared more toward pattern-style aerobatics, due to the smaller control surfaces, though they're probably capable of some basic 3D (if my 4-Star can hover, I'm sure these can).

The Nitromodels planes generally have huge control surfaces and are lighter weight, which really appeals to me. Problem is, there are very few if any reviews of the Nitromodels aircraft in the reviews section.

Nitromodels has great prices and from what I've heard about some of their other planes, they seem to have decent construction (and lousy instruction). All in all they seem to be a good deal. Phoenix also seems to be pretty decent all around.

Do any of you have experience with any of these planes?

AND BEFORE REPLYING!!

Please stay on topic. Don't tell me that I need bigger planes/profile planes/expensive brands/etc. These will have a very specific purpose in my hangar, mostly due to transportation issues. I like small planes and I like .46 to .55 size engines. So PLEASE don't stray away from topic.

Also, am I missing any good-quality inexpensive ARFs from other manufacturers? I'm looking for only scale or sport scale planes, no profiles, no pseudo-scale (Funtana) types, or anything of that nature.

Thanks for any help!
