The Skylark 56 was my first low winger. I learned on a 3 channel Falcon 56 later converted to a 4 channel. I had a ST 35 or 40 in them. After wrecking I bought a Rimfire and inverted the engine. That plane was totally out of my league. After 4 or 5 flights it was declared unfixable, and my RC days were over for a year or 2. The Falcon & Skylark flew quite well, the Rimfire didn't plus the inverted engine gave me all kinds of trouble. Those were the days when ST parts were not easy to come by even if you lived about 35 miles from their US distributor - World Engines.
