Alright guys I have concluded why my truck is not idling correctly. The socket joint on the carburator arm was very loose, almost all the way off the threads, so thats why even with the trucks idle screw all the way in the carburator arm had it shut closed. Now how far is it down our your trucks? A picture would be nice. Pg: 23 in your manual, the part is the carburator arm.
