I just upgraded my 27T P2K2 Pro to 19T Team Orion Formula SV2 Pro BB 19x2 recently, I'm loving this new motor and it completely SMOKED the trinity P2K2 Pro(dyno at 102.3nmm) and tamiya sport-tuned motor in both low end and top end power. For this setup I'm using the stock tamiya ESC, the only thing I did to it is using Arctic Silver epoxy to attached a 2"x2" heatsink(pulled from old video card) on top of the ESC's tiny little stock heatsink, after 40 minutes of non-stop drifting the massive heatsink is only luke warm, so yes I think the stock Tamiya ESC will take 19T all day long if you can keep it cool.
