thanks airbourneSGT, the problem is getting worse and nothing has changed on the air intake area. it sounds like the ignition is cutting out but only when the plane is rolling quickly or in a high g manuver. this makes me think i have a bad wire connection some where in the ignition system. i have cleaned the carb, checked and changed plugs, tried new gas, inspected all wires to ignition. the first several flights after the repair went good but after a few i would hear a hicup every now and then but now it's getting bad but the engine never dies just cuts out.[]
