I was very impressed with the quailty of the IR (Abrams and Leopard) tanks, but not the customer service support...maybe just one of those things. I know if I have a product problem, Tower is very quick to help, and will pay return shipping (from Canada) I am not sure about Toy East defective product return shipping policy...who pays?
