Default Does Redcat really care?

Im not here to bash anyone or trash a product. Im simply writing this to get a message out and maybe someone from Redcat (Darin or Nick) will respond. I wrote Darin an Email concerning my sons new Tsunami. This was over a week ago and I know Darin has been on line. I have not received any response back from him about my problems but when I wrote him an email about someone wanting to become a dealer he got right back to me the same day. I was told from another member to call redcat and talk to Nick to see if he would help me out. I told him about my overheating problem and my tire issue. Well he is supposed to be sending me a new carb and I had to pay 9.00 for 2 new tires and wheels. Ok no big deal its only 9.00. I have had this Tsunami for almost a month now and my son has not been able to drive it but once or twice. I wrote Nick another e mail to see if my parts were sent out yet. I have not had a response back and I know he has been online but still nothing. I have not had any problems with The truck itself other than overheating and I like it but the engine in mine was a dud! Cant get temps below 280 no matter what and I have tried everything. It runs fine otherwise. I am scrapping the motor and installing a good name brand so my son can actually enjoy the truck. So now I have 150 into the truck and another 100 or so for another good name brand motor plus the 9.00 for tires that got destroyed because of the cheap tire foams. It was his birthday present and he has not been able to enjoy it. I read all over that Redcat is very slow with sending parts out and often sending the wrong parts. I have bought parts from a dealer Clermont motorsports and I have received parts within about 3-4 days and they have been right every time. If Redcat wants to have a good product and get more busness they need to take some lessons from some of the dealers. Do they really care about the name Redcat? Right now Im not so sure. Some guys here (Ehroof, Clermont, rclynx)really stand behind the product and help out anyone here that has a problem with any of the redcat vehicles and they have nothing to do with the company with the exception of sales. Something tells me that there are people here that care more about the company but the ones that actually run it. I have not had any answers or got any help from Redcat concerning my issues. I just want to say thanks to EHROOF, CLermont, RCLYNX and anyone else that has helped me figure out my problems. Again Im not here to bash. I think Redcat could be a great product but they need to get more involved in the customer end.
