If carb is set at factory settings then start turning in the HSN about 1/16 at a time. Pick the truck off the ground once started and keep blippng the throttle till you can give it full throttle and it does not die. SOunds rich and it wont stay running because its not heating up to operating temperatures. If you have the truck off the ground it will help take the load off the motor and once you get good throttle you can put it down and drive it. Alot of cars will stall at first till warmed up.
