That will work....I agree with carrellh But just wanted to add you can use futaba RX crystals in Hitec RX's as well as I do it all the time and have never had an issue ( Thats not to say that I will NEVER have this issue tho) ....Just make sure that you get the proper conversion as well as some rx's are single conversion and some are dual. Theese do make a difference! single conversion crystals will not work in dual conversion rx's and vise versa. Plus like already stated make SURE that it is a negative shift receiver if you use something other than a Futaba or a Hitec. Some receivers will change/shift pulse and will work with all types of Tx's like Berg Rx's...Bergs will work with JR,Futaba,Hitec, etc.....But the Bergs are single conversion "MICRO" and need "MICRO" crystals and work REALLY well. They are also full range Rx's! VERY inexpensive to boot. They are made by Castle Creations.

If you get a Futaba RX, Make sure it is within the band ( High or low band is offered in some Futaba's) This means the lower frequency #'s are low and the higher #'s are the high band.
