I learned on an LT-40..I've taught with an LT-40..I still have an LT-40 for those lazy days when you just want to putz around the field....but on those days when you wanna be a tad bit snappier I modified another LT-40. now mind you, it still flies like a trainer, but she'll fly inverted alot easier...It's my plane of choice for a student...all trainers compaire themselves to an LT-40.
Its not uncommon to go to a hobby shop and hear "this flies just like an LT-40"
