I know you'll get as many different answers as you do responses but the Goldberg Tiger gets my vote. The 40 or 60 size are great second planes. If you go with the kit build it as a tail dragger. If you go with the ARF the gear blocks are already in place. My bunch has a Tiger 2 with a 55 AX on it and a Tiger 60 with a 91 FX on it they are both a hoot to fly. Very forgiving or move the cg back about 1/4 inch from center of suggested and you nearly got you a pretty good 3-D plane.
