Why should I avoid the semi-scale or scale as a second plane?
They seems to have a low wing loading and they seems to be fun to fly.
Some full scale planes have nasty stall characteristics or other traits that translate to flying or ground handling issues in a scale RC model. I do not know if that would be the case with the ones you listed.
