Why not consider the World Models Sky Raider Mk II ARF? It sells for $69.99 in the US and can be flown with a 40 size engine. It's a low wing tail dragger and I found it easy to assemble and great to fly. I fly mine with an OS .46 AX and it's a rocket. It will do just about any manuver that you want.
