RE: Second plane... need help
If you are considering a stick, I suggest going with the Ultra Stick over the Super Stick (cheap covering ) or the Big Stick ( tricycle LG ). I find the sticks more fun than the low wing sports trainers - their absolutely neutral flying characterics make for easy aerobatics. The constant chord wing prevents nasty tip stalls and the 0-dihedral symmetrical airfoil makes them fly inverted just as well as upright and rolls are nicely axial. It also has an airfoil that is just right - allowing you to have a great balance between stability and speed. If you decide on going the low wing route, check out the Hangar 9 Pulse XT as well. Its an excellent design by Mike McConville with great flying characteristics and modern, easy bolt-on design - so less work putting together.
