for starters i would not have monted the 120 inverted. i would have side monted it. the glow plugs fiery recomended are a good start. the other thing the people that have inverted glow engines flip the plane over to start them. (crazy) the other thing you could try is onbord glow. if you can get it started but cant keep it running after the glow driver is removed. the other thing is a regulater for the pump. i have a 120 webra with a pump side mounted and runs great. so dont give up. c-crunch
