not much at all, maybe an hour, once i get the new engine for my 8ight T i'll get some more (the engines from the 8ights going in the LST2), but theres a definite improvement over the stock setup, although not awe inspiring great, in my opinion worth it if your racing, same issue as with the muggy though, with the shocks upright, the pre load adjustment is very limited.
