Default Panther commander
I took the standard Heng Long commander, removed his head and added a head from another 1/18 scale figure I had purchased. The headphones are built using brass wire, with CA glue and baking soda.

So don't throw away all those heng long commanders. Just behead them and transplant a new mug.
