Warning - I am a total newbie to this -

I was recently given a Dynahawk GX blackguard helicopter and an having some trouble controlling it. It is an electric coaxial copter. If it helps anyone here is a link to it:

Anyway the manual is so poorly translated that large sections are indecipherable and I can't get it to hover or go forward. All it does is go backwards. Can anybody give me any suggestions on adjustments to make it control better?
