Much more info is needed.
What plane is it?
what motor, battery, esc, prop, etc?
Is the gear drive possibly a 2.5 to 1 ratio gear reduction? I'm not sure what 25.1 means.
If it is a gear reduction it will slow the prop in relation to the motor.
