I was getting the idea that you were talking about an inexpensive electric judging by your initial post.

What will help the most is having the prop completely stopped when the plane contacts the ground. I didn't say land because I'm doubting what you are doing can really be called a landing, more like an "incident".

Stop the prop rotation and land slowly on the wheels.

Replacement prop? I don't know.
