Default 3D Hobby Shop

Hi all,
I've been flying for about a year now and have flown 3 different planes: p-51 pts, Quicky 500(skat cat?), and a kit build Somethin' Extra. I love my Somethin' Extra, with a OS46FX and a 12X4 prop your talking about hovering at 1/2 stick. Well the Somethin' Extra has taken me quit far but now I think its time for something new. I'm really hesitant about getting into an electric aircraft, but theres not a good 40 size 3-d plane out there that is not a profile. (I don't like the looks of a profile!) So its about time to go electric. Now the question is which? For my budget (~500 with battery and charger) theres 3 planes that stick out for both looks and performance, and there all 3d-hobby shop 47" planes:
Extra 300 shp
Katana
Yak 54

I really like the looks of the Katana, but could live with any of them. I really want the best bang for the buck as far as taking my flying skills to the next level.
So if anyone has flow any/all of these please post which you think is the best for what I'm looking for.
