so today I am trying to tune my os.12 cv engine in my xxx-nt. It has been 8 months. so I start it up, I try to get it running right, and no luck. when I start it up and warm up Put it on the ground and try to take off it revs up and slowly takes off, so I adjust the slipper 1/4 turn, and put it back on the ground and it dies. and also when I am driving it and I hit the brakes it kills the motor. Any help would be great.
