i generally dont go over 15K for a center, you cant make a truggy "like" a monster truck- its a race truck plain and simple. and for springs im not sure about jammin (im an XTM guy through and through) but i think that based on my experience white or yellow springs are your best bet esspecially for high/long jumps.
