using 3 piston shock in my 8ight T i use 45 WT in the front and 37.5 wt in the rear for shock oil, 7k rear diff, 10k front diff and 15k center, i mainly bash with a race once a month.

i think that using a slightly softer suspension setup (thinner oil) is better for larger jumps though, really thick oil mean all the pressure gos on the shocks, softer means the trug will bottom out and chassis slap the ground, which takes a lot of energy out of the landing, even if making it no so smooth.
